. in the beginning .

sassafrass came about when a girl named sara realized a way to balance her love for shopping . designing . and spending time with the most adorable man and two little guys in her life. so, leaving the {corporate} event world and returning to the {plain & simple} way of design, sassafrass was created.

sassafrass is about expression . design . and simply loving life.

sara has always always been in love with design in all its variety {from interior design and graphic illustrations to social gatherings, birthday parties and extravagant weddings}. what started as a simple favor for a few friends five years ago, has transpired into a much deeper passion for designing.

sassafrass has recently expanded from event planning and floral design to offering a variety of unique gift and specialty items and services. our boutique offers a wide variety of favorites including health and beauty products and services.

At Sassafrass Floral Design and Boutique, we believe that your event should be an expression of you. That’s why we take the time to get to know you and come up with a theme that reflects you. Your inspiration is the essence of the event. If you haven’t decided on a theme yet, we can work together to create a visually stunning event by combining tailored color schemes, unique designs and a schedule that fits your needs. Whether you’re planning your company’s annual event, your child's birthday bash or the wedding of your dreams, our unique floral designs will bring a personal touch. We believe that details and decor go hand-in-hand. After all, what could be better than gathering your friends and close family and sharing perfectly designed memories together? Our eye-catching arrangements will turn heads at your party. While our distinct floral designs are our specialty, we have an eye for creating the overall aesthetic for a party and can plan your special event from beginning to end.

Whether great or small, we invite you to let our experienced designers create your masterpiece with detail, professional designs and friendly service.
